In case of a product order: once the order for a product, a book or books is placed and the payment made. This order is shipped within 1-6 days of the order being placed on Eazysale website. An intimation to this effect with tracking ID will be provided to you so that you can track the consignment. If the consignment is not received, you can write to us on [email protected]. The products dispatched to you are brand new, in good condition, unless otherwise discussed. The order received through our website is shipped to you via air through a premium courier service.

In case of delivery of publishing services: Once you have decided on the publishing services you require from Eazysale and have made the payment to Eazysale as per a formal quote provided to you. We take 3-4 working days to confirm receipt of the amount. On confirmation of the received amount, the work will be scheduled and delivered within the time frame promised to you. It could take between 15 days to 3 months, as per the services taken by you and the delivery period is also subject to the speed of your responses to Eazysale.
